Prostab is a tool to check the stability of protein,where user can upload the output of different software which gives ASA for the protein after uploding PDB file. This tool also provides different option to user to select. After selection option and uploding the desired file, tools calculate Delta G to check the stability of protein using selected option of algorithm/data.

Sample input and output file is provided on link in the left side menu.Details of tool are also given in Help & Documentation section.
Output of the program will be deleted after 2 hours of process being completed.
